Tricerasoft had excellent software support before the product was discontinued. The program is no longer sold and probably is not supported anymore, so I'm hoping this can be resolved. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, can you tell me how to fix it please?Īt this point, it's just a minor annoyance, but I'm worried that it might be a warning sign that something more serious is going on with the program. Is black (not red), and nothing seems to be missing or corrupted. That is, I can search and play songs as usual. The song catalogue appears to be working as expected.
